Winmate's Flat aluminum P-Cap panel PCs and display go beyond that of the standard industrial panel computers with an elegant, edge-to-edge design. Easy to maintain and clean, to prevent water or liquid droplets penetrates every opening in the device.
Full IP65 Protection against water and dust with M12 Connectors
Winmate multipurpose and waterproof fully sealed IP65 panel pc is protected against outer dust and water splash, and ideal for use in harsh environments.
Fanless cooling system and ultra-low power consumption
G-WIN line offered fanless, low power platform design, sunlight readable panels, WLAN integration, anti-shock and vibration, and anti-corrosion coating with aluminum alloy housings. With the new generation of G-WIN, Winmate extends the line once again by offering a panel product with Intel's next-generation Bay Trail and Broadwell processor paired with genuine Intel graphics resulting in high performance with low power consumption.
Plenty of I/Os suitable for different applications
The extra Protection means some compromises as it is not possible to offer the full complement of standard I/O that's usually present in a Panel PC. So whereas the front IP65 version offers a standard I/O panel in its back, the IP65 version has a particular waterproof M25 type of connectors with screw-on caps. Winmate G-WIN waterproof IP65 model came with four particular, waterproof ports that required screw-on adapter cables to provide external connectivity.
Anti-shock and vibration
Winmate did configure the G-WIN panel to be able to pass them-STD-810F 516.5 Procedure I andMIL-STD-810F 514.5 vibration test. The overall construction of the G-WIN panel is inherently rugged. The aluminum die-cast housing is rock-solid, and special anti-construction treatment means it'll hold up even in exposed settings. The surface treatment is a very resistive black powder coating. Optical bonding with anti-moisture treatment is standard, and there's a protective glass option available.
