Winmate is not only a caring big family but also committed to pursuing excellent operational performance and sustainable growth. We firmly believe that a company's success should not be limited to financial results but should also actively undertake social responsibilities, care for employees, and give back to society. Upholding the concept of "taking from society and giving back to society," we fulfill our corporate citizenship responsibilities through diverse social care initiatives, fostering deep and positive partnership relationships with society.

Promoting Higher Education Collaboration and Technological Innovation

Winmate recognizes that outstanding technological talent is the key to driving sustainable industrial development. We have long-term project-based industry-academia research collaborations with National Taiwan University and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, jointly building advanced R&D and technology platforms. To address the challenge of faculty attrition in higher education, from 2020 to 2025, we donated NT$1.08 million to support the "Academic Development and Faculty Recruitment" initiative at NTU's Department of Business Administration. This helps improve faculty compensation, enhance research capabilities, and contribute to the sustainability of higher education.

Industr y-Academia-Research Collaboration and Talent Cultivation

In 2024, Winmate invested NT$746,668 to collaborate with National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, focusing on the research and development of embedded systems, smart industrial communication modules, and low-power edge computing domains. Our technical team provided practical guidance and industry resources to facilitate the implementation and transformation of technology. The project also emphasized talent cultivation, encouraging students to participate in hands-on projects, corporate internships, and joint development, bridging the gap between academia and industry practices, and nurturing innovative and sustainability-minded technical talents for Taiwan's industrial sector.

Blood for Others

Donate a bag of blood, save a life; with everyone’s love, blood shortages will no longer exist. Winmate organizes quarterly blood donation activities, and with the enthusiastic participation of our colleagues, a total of 220 bags of blood were donated in 2024.

Delivering Love

Our company upholds the philosophy of “taking from society and giving back to society,” actively engaging in diverse public welfare fields such as education, healthcare, and arts and culture, fulfilling our corporate social responsibility, and spreading warmth and hope. Within the year, our donation projects covered areas including the enhancement of educational resources, medical development, and the promotion of cultural arts. Examples include: sponsoring the “Academic Development and Faculty Recruitment” project of the Department of Business Administration at National Taiwan University with NT$180,000 to cultivate higher education talents; donating NT$100,000 to the Beigang High School Cultural and Educational Foundation to support grassroots education resources in rural areas and bridge the urban-rural gap.

In the medical field, we donated NT$500,000 to the Fu Jen Catholic University Hospital Development Fund, specifically designated to support the “Medical Administration Integration Project.” This initiative aims to promote diversity and inclusion in medical service processes and enhance administrative efficiency, thereby further strengthening the quality of medical care and the depth of services. Additionally, we support the development of multicultural and arts education. A donation of NT$20,000 was made to the YAT H I Music Studio for their concert, sponsoring the “World Percussion Concert” organized by Yathi Ensemble at the National Concert Hall. The performance blended diverse musical languages from North and South India, West Africa, indigenous cultures, and Latin America, showcasing the creative energy of cross-cultural integration. The ensemble has extensive international arts exchange experience and conducts lecture series and workshops at universities across Taiwan, dedicated to promoting the education and popularization of world music.

We also focus on the self-realization and social participation of adolescents with disabilities. We donated NT$50,000 to the “Inclusive Learning 2024 Winged Music Workshop” to support the “Winged Angels Orchestra” in using music as a bridge to promote inclusive learning, allowing each young participant to showcase confidence and potential on stage. Through these tangible actions, we continue to direct corporate resources toward societal needs, creating positive impact and contributing to the sustainable development of education, healthcare, and culture.

Monte Jade Science & Technology Association Southeastern U.S. (Monte Jade SE) is a non-profit organization registered in the State of Georgia. The missions of MJSTASE are as follows.

• Promote exchange of information on current industry trends and business information among members.
• Promote technology transfer, technology exchange, and create opportunities for international cooperation.
