Winmate strictly abides by different legal requirements and formulates relevant policies and measures. Relevant actions include but are not limited to Fair Trading Law, environmental protection, financial report preparation/internal control/inside trading, labor regulations, anti-harassment, anti-discrimination, anti-corruption, Personal data protection, ethical requirements, intellectual property rights, information security protection, conflict mineral management, anti-counterfeiting electronic parts, etc. The above management policies are extremely important to the management of Winmate's business ethics and legal compliance. In addition to meeting basic operating requirements, it is also necessary for all employees to understand relevant business laws and regulations in order to make correct ethical judgments and operating decisions.
