Conflict Minerals Due Diligence Process Statement
In alignment with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, Winmate Inc. seriously oppose mining activities that fuel conflict and fully support the humanitarian objective of ending violence in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and neighboring regions, we are dedicated to upholding ethical business practices and promoting human rights. Winmate Inc. is committed to the responsible sourcing of “conflict-free minerals” and adheres to SEC Regulations throughout our supply chain to maintain ethical standards.
Since 2013, Winmate has completely banned the use of metals from conflict mining areas in its products. Our Supplier Code of Conduct requires all suppliers to align with these principles, ensuring their business operations are conducted legally, ethically, and responsibly. Suppliers are required to conduct detailed investigations into the sources of minerals used in their products and complete the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT). This ensures that materials sourced and used in Winmate products do not contribute to conflict or unethical practices.
